The ‘Undo Send’ feature existed in the Google Labs from 2009 and took 6 years to become a regular feature after the long experimental period for which Google is famous for as the Gmail itself was in beta for 5 long years.

How to Enable the ‘Undo Send’ Feature:-

Was buying Jaguar by Ratan Tata actually an act to take revenge from Ford?

On 26th of March, 2008 TATA group took over Jaguar which is considered as a revenge taken by TATA from Ford.

TATA group is a leading business house in India known for values observed in their business practises along with there large scale business operations.

Mr. Ratan Tata a man, who continued the legacy of India’s most trusted business (TATA group).
Tata group launched its passenger car Tata Indica in year 1998. The group was led by Ratan Tata and it was his decision to enter in the passenger car business.
It proved to be a failure in its first year and the experiment seemed to be failing as well. Many people started advising Ratan Tata that he should sell the passenger car business. Ratan Tata also agreed to this and a proposal was given to Ford, they showed interest too. Ratan Tata, along with his close team members reached Detroit to discuss the same. Detroit hosts Ford headquarter and considered and the automobile hub of United States.

In the 3 hours meeting, it seemed that the behaviour of Ford people was insulting toward Tata group representatives. In the meeting, chairman of Ford (Bill Ford) said to Ratan Tata, “why did you enter in the passenger car business when you were not knowing of it. It will be favor if we buy this business from you”.

To these Mr. Ratan Tata decided to move back home. While travelling, he was very tense as the feeling of being insulted was on his mind.

When someone is insulted, anger is the only outcome. However, great people can use this anger to plan business policies and goals.

After earlier failures, Tata Motors did well with its business of passenger cars but in the same period, Ford did very bad. In 2008, when Ford was on its way of bankruptcy, Tata Group offered Ford to buy their luxury car brand Jaguar-Land Rover. Bill Ford, along with his team, reached “Bombay House”. “Bombay House” is the headquarter of Tata Group. The deal was finalized for 2.3 billion US $, which amounted to 9300 crore Indian Rupees at that time. Ford was incurring heavy losses from Jaguar – Land Rover division.

In the meeting, Bill Ford said to Ratan Tata, ” You are doing a big favor for us by buying Jaguar- Land Rover”.

Jaguar- Land Rover is now owned by Tata Group and is making huge profits.

Was the act (lynching the rape accused) of Mob in Dimapur, Nagaland Justifiable?

On 5th March, 2015 a mob consisting of around 10000 people broke into the Dimapur Central Jail by overpowering the police security and dragged out the accused of a rape case which happened on 23rd February and lynched him by dragging him 7km to the clock tower from the central jail in Dimapur, Nagaland.

According to the FIR filed by the victim ( a 20years old college student of Nagaland) she was raped in a hotel on 23rd February by the accused (35 years old Syed Farid Khan) and his appliance Nikavi. Both of were arrested on 25th February for rape and assault under sections 476, 344 & 363 of Indian Penal Code. But according to the accused it was “consensual sex” for which he paid Rs 5000.

Before the completion of the inquiry over the case the mob broke into the Dimapur central jail by overpowering the police security and dragged out the accused and than he was paraded naked, beaten inhumanly and dragged 7 km by a motor-cycle to the clock tower where he was to be hanged in public but he succumbed to his injuries before reaching the clock tower. The mob further in anger burnt 10 police vehicles and houses of Bangladesh immigrants.

This outrageous act of the mob was unlawful as well as unjustifiable as no one should take law in hands because it eventually results in worst situations. No matter how high people are but law is above all. And Indian constitution does not allow these kinds of acts and even morally the act is not justifiable as it is a barbaric and inhuman act done by the people as “Mob has many people but no brains.”

According to Indian Jurisprudence “A person is innocent unless proved guilty”
The suspect was killed before his crime was proved i.e the free & fair justification and investigation was disturbed. The rights of accused were violated. And due to this kind of act by people there is an adverse effect on the society and India will suffer a lot on sociological and legal point of view as it is the 1st time in Indian history when a jail has been broken in order to kill a prisoner.

AirAsia's Flight QZ8501's Black Box recovered by Indonesian coast Divers

Indonesian coast Divers recovered the flight recorder from the doomed AirAsia jet on Monday and tried to dislodge a second data-filled device from the wreckage of the plane.

Discovery is a critical step for investigators seeking to piece together the reason for the Dec. 28 crash.

The plane disappeared minutes after the pilot asked for permission to climb to a higher altitude in an apparent attempt to bypass rough weather while on route to Singapore.

Rough seas have hindered attempts to recover bodies and probe the wreckage of the Airbus A320-200, resting in about 100 feet of water in the Sea.

On Saturday, crews using balloons raised a portion of the tail section, where the flight recorders — the so-called “black box” — is located. But the devices had been displaced from there to a place beneath a piece of the plane’s wing. The other device, the cockpit voice recorder, remained pinned under heavy wreckage, said Suryadi Bambang Supriyadi, operations coordinator for Indonesia’s national search and rescue agency.

The flight data recorder will be analyzed in Jakarta. Official's said it could be as long as two weeks to fully download and analyze the information.

A Previous review of radar tracking information led some experts to theorize the plane could have stalled during a steep climb.

48 bodies have been recovered, but investigators believe many remain trapped amid the sunken wreckage.

There is a dispute ongoing between Experts on the theory of its Explosion before hitting the water surface as it lacks evidence.

AIrAsia's Missing aircraft QZ8501 's tail upturns

Tail of a missing AirAsia jet has been found upturned on the sea bed about 30 km (20 miles) from the plane's last known location, Indonesia's search and rescue agency said on Wednesday, indicating the crucial black box recorders may be nearby. Flight QZ8501 vanished from radar screens over the northern Java Sea on Dec. 28, less than half-way into a two-hour flight from Indonesia's second-biggest city of Surabaya to Singapore.

There were no survivors among the 162 people on board. "We've found the tail that has been our main target," Fransiskus Bambang Soelistyo, head of the search and rescue agency, told a news conference in Jakarta.

The tail was identified by divers after it was spotted by an underwater machine using a sonar scan, Soelistyo said. He displayed underwater photographs showing partial lettering on the sunken object compared with a picture of an intact Airbus A320-200 in AirAsia livery.
